I absolutely love this article it has to bring to life the true resilience of the olive tree. I was just doing some research on trees, and there are over 73,300 different species alone! Our Creator Jehovah (psalms83:18) is wonderful in His works! Thank you

Hallo Hans Walter,
vielen Dank für den spannenden Kommentar! Ja, leider werden heute viele Themen politisiert, ohne dass es Raum für wirkliche Veränderung gibt. Ich finde es immer ermutigend, wenn sich Einzelne und Gruppen zusammentun, um aktiv an der Klima- und Umweltkrise zu arbeiten. Aber ich kann das Gefühl der Enttäuschung gut verstehen, es ist nicht immer einfach, hoffnungsvoll zu bleiben. Dennoch glaube ich, dass wir Hoffnung, verknüpft mit konkretem Handeln, am meisten brauchen.

In der deutschen Politik der Bauerverbände geht es immer mehr um Mangel an Fläche, vor allem für die großen konventionellen, massentierhaltenden Bauern. Der Tatbestand, daß bis 35% der Nahrungsmittel vernichtet werden, wird bei den Bauernverbänden ignoriert.
Für mich ist der deutsche Bauernverband ein Lobbyistenverband, bei dem es nur um die Profite der Konzerne geht, die sich auf Kosten der Menschheit in der Zukunft bereichern.
Ich befürchte das sich die ökologisch, nachhaltigen denkenden und handelnden Menschen dieser Erde nicht gegen die Übermacht der “Gierigen” durchsetzen werden.
