I usually “celebrate” my day off (which does happen to be Sunday) by doing things that I love and that help me relax…. though I find it challenging sometimes to be intentional about my free time, so much stress from my day-to-day life keeps nagging on me in my peaceful moments.
But I’ll definitely think of your tips the next time I go shopping, never thought of it that way!
